Mara is an Operations Specialist at Composition Wealth, where she supports the firm’s operational infrastructure through process optimization, data management, and platform coordination across custodial and reporting systems.
Prior to joining Composition, Mara led operations at an AI and IT startup, managing internal functions across finance, data systems, marketing, and client relationships. She also brings experience in software company acquisitions, deal evaluations, and portfolio company management through her work with Palm Ridge Capital and Gaudium Capital. Her background spans both investment-backed startup operations and acquisition-focused analytical work.
Mara holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Seattle University's Albers School of Business and Economics.
