Katie is the Senior Compliance Officer at Composition Wealth, bringing 18 years of experience in the financial services industry. She works alongside the Chief Compliance Officer to support the firm’s compliance program, with a focus on regulatory oversight, risk management, and the development of policies and procedures aligned with SEC requirements.
Prior to joining Composition Wealth, Katie served as Managing Principal and Chief Operations Officer of Johnstone Financial Advisors, an RIA located in Lake Oswego, Oregon. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice from Portland State University.
Outside of work, Katie enjoys reading, walking her dog, and cheering on her kids at their sporting events. Whenever possible, she escapes on road trips to the beautiful Oregon Coast.
