Grace is an Integrations Analyst at Composition, where she streamlines the onboarding of new teams and processes into the firm’s evolving operational framework. By leveraging her expertise in analytics, relationship management, and strategic planning, she ensures a seamless transition as we welcome new partners to the firm.
Prior to joining Composition, Grace served as an Institutional Sales Analyst at Russell Investments, where she drove business growth on their Go-To-Market team. Specializing in Outsourced Chief Investment Officer (OCIO) sales, her contributions focused on optimizing sales strategy and strengthening client relationships.
Grace received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Finance from the University of Washington’s Michael G. Foster School of Business. In her free time, Grace enjoys skiing, hiking, and spending quality time with friends and family.
