Carla Gatlin is an Associate in Client Services, providing support to our workplace clients with their retirement plans. She manages plan setup and enrollment and provides ongoing support to business owners, HR professionals, and staff, ensuring that they have clarity and trust in their benefits and that their coverage continues to meet their needs.
With 14 years of experience in the Retirement Plan and Third-Party Administrator (TPA) space, Carla worked to understand clients’ businesses, budgets, and what matters most to their employees. This spirit of advocacy and partnership has been the through-line of her career. She joined our team when Vinoble Group, a financial consultancy based in the Pacific Northwest, merged with Composition Wealth in March 2025.
Carla is Life and Health insurance licensed in Washington state.
