Senior Client Services Associate

Compensation: $90,000-$120,000
Location: Seattle, WA; Tacoma, WA; Los Angeles, CA; Columbia, MD
Schedule: Full‑time, on‑site

Job Description:

You will serve as a key point of contact supporting client relationships and service interactions, providing operational leadership and high-quality service delivery. In this role you will independently manage complex transactions, oversee end-to-end execution quality, and ensure the integrity of client data and processes. Successful candidates will have a strong track record in financial services client service, exceptional interpersonal skills, the ability to exercise sound judgement and manage competing priorities with increasing independence. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted point of contact to support client relationships and service interactions 
  • Own account maintenance ensuring client data and information is complete, accurate, and complies with regulatory requirements
  • Independently manage complex transactions and non-standard service requests
  • Ensure the integrity of client data and proactively resolve discrepancies
  • Lead and track team projects, seeing them through to successful completion
  • Work cross-functionally with investment, accounting, and operational departments to ensure clients’ needs are being met
  • Gather, input, and maintain key client information in the CRM (Salesforce)
  • Generate and substantiate reports for meetings
  • Mentor junior associates and be a model of values and quality of work

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • 3 - 6 years of experience in client service or administrative work in the financial services industry
  • Series 65 or equivalent experience
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); Salesforce experience preferred
