Job Description:
As a Client Service Manager, you will lead a team of Client Service Associates while ensuring a high standard of service for a select book of clients. This role combines people management, operational oversight, client service, and process improvement, making it ideal for an experienced Senior Client Service Associate with demonstrated management experience and a strong track record of developing others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Client Service Associates, including hiring, training, performance management, and coaching to ensure exceptional support for our clients and advisors
- Oversee daily team workflows, ensuring timely and accurate completion of client service tasks
- Maintain responsibility for a smaller subset of client relationships, serving as a senior escalation point for complex client needs
- Establish and enforce best practices, standard operating procedures, and service standards across the team
- Partner with Wealth Advisors and firm leadership to align service delivery with client expectations and firm strategy
- Monitor team capacity, allocate resources, and prioritize workloads effectively
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, scalability, and client experience
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and firm policies in all client service activities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, compliance, and technology teams to improve systems and workflows

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 5–8+ years of experience in client service within wealth management or financial services
- 3+ years prior leadership or management experience with the proven ability for performance management, mentorship and team development
- Deep understanding of client service operations, workflows, and custodial processes
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Strong communication skills, both internally and client-facing
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Series 65 or extensive experience
