Position Overview:
The Senior Recruiter will play a critical role in driving growth by supporting the full recruitment lifecycle: partnering with hiring managers, sourcing exceptional candidates, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. This position combines strategic talent acquisition with hands-on recruiting execution, directly shaping the caliber and culture of our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple business functions, from sourcing, to screening, to coordination and scheduling throughout the interview process.
- Partner closely with department heads and executives to define hiring needs and refine job descriptions.
- Develop sourcing strategies leveraging LinkedIn, social media, job boards, networking, and direct outreach.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for high-priority and recurring roles.
- Promote Composition Wealth’s employer brand through tailored outreach and employment marketing campaigns.
- Provide consistent updates to hiring managers on candidate pipelines, scheduling, and metrics.
- Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience through timely communication and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience; financial services experience preferred but not required.
- Proven ability to source, assess, and close talent across management, client-facing and support roles.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills; trusted partner to executives and hiring managers.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate value propositions to talent.
- Highly organized, resourceful, and able to manage competing priorities.
- Knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and best practices in recruitment preferred.
