Position Overview:

The Senior Recruiter will play a critical role in driving growth by supporting the full recruitment lifecycle: partnering with hiring managers, sourcing exceptional candidates, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. This position combines strategic talent acquisition with hands-on recruiting execution, directly shaping the caliber and culture of our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple business functions, from sourcing, to screening, to coordination and scheduling throughout the interview process.
  • Partner closely with department heads and executives to define hiring needs and refine job descriptions.
  • Develop sourcing strategies leveraging LinkedIn, social media, job boards, networking, and direct outreach.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for high-priority and recurring roles.
  • Promote Composition Wealth’s employer brand through tailored outreach and employment marketing campaigns.
  • Provide consistent updates to hiring managers on candidate pipelines, scheduling, and metrics.
  • Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience through timely communication and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience; financial services experience preferred but not required.
  • Proven ability to source, assess, and close talent across management, client-facing and support roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills; trusted partner to executives and hiring managers.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate value propositions to talent.
  • Highly organized, resourceful, and able to manage competing priorities.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and best practices in recruitment preferred.

  • Salary range for this role: $100,000 - $120,000
