Leone Kadam

Working closely with our Wealth Advisors, Leone Kadam builds the financial plans that serve as the roadmap for our clients to achieve their goals. She collects and organizes all the details of their financial lives and distills complex information, so that we can create a comprehensive and customized plan that feels relevant, personal, and achievable. Leone believes that every financial plan is a dynamic reflection of each client’s priorities and passions. No detail is too small; no dream is too big.

Leone began her career in financial planning in 2023 and joined our team when Vinoble Group, a financial consultancy based in the Pacific Northwest, merged with Composition Wealth in March 2025.

Leone earned a B.B.A. degree in Business Administration, Marketing, and Finance from the University of Washington.

She is Life, Disability, and Variable Annuity licensed in WA, TX, NJ, AZ, and IL.
She is Long-Term Care and Fixed Annuity licensed in WA, TX, NJ, and IL.

• As a child, Leone played piano competitively.
• In her student days, Leone kept busy; she participated in nine internships in a wide array of fields, like marketing, education, banking, and graphic design.
• Leone is an artist and entrepreneur; she is the co-founder of two small businesses, an online merchandiser and an indie game studio, which both showcase independent artists.
